Dr. Shiflet grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and earned her undergraduate degree in Washington, DC. After completing her undergraduate studies, Dr. Shiflet attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2017 before completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program in Houston, Texas, where she served as Chief Resident.
She currently lives with her husband, Kyle Maras, in Jupiter. They have two cats, Bella & Beau, and a dog, Luna.
