MEET DR. KYLE MARAS

For Dr. Kyle Maras, practicing dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens means caring for the community he has always called home. Raised locally with his three siblings, Dr. Maras grew up watching his father, Dr. William Maras, build a dental practice centered on trust, relationships, and a commitment to the families he served. Following in his father’s footsteps, Dr. Maras now has the privilege of caring for many of those same families—and welcoming new generations of patients to the practice.

Dr. Maras completed his undergraduate studies in Orlando before earning a master’s degree in Biomedical Science in Miami. He then attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in Baltimore, where he earned his dental degree. After graduation, he moved to Houston, Texas, and practiced in a private dental office before returning to Palm Beach Gardens in 2018 to join his father in practice.

Building lasting relationships with his patients is one of the aspects of dentistry Dr. Maras values most. He takes the time to listen carefully to his patients’ concerns and believes in approaching treatment with the same thoughtfulness and attention he would want for a member of his own family. His goal is to create an environment where patients feel genuinely known, cared for, and confident in the treatment they receive.

For the past eight years, Dr. Maras has been an active member of the Seattle Study Club, collaborating with colleagues and participating in advanced continuing education. He has also pursued additional training through the Dawson Academy, further developing his knowledge of comprehensive dentistry and complex treatment planning.

Returning to Palm Beach Gardens has allowed Dr. Maras to continue his family’s tradition of serving the community while building a family of his own. He and his wife, fellow dentist Dr. Jennifer Shiflet Maras, have two children, Liam and Isla. Outside of the office, he enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and spending as much time as possible with his family.
